Celebrate!

March is National Nutrition Month!!!

Ideas on Ways to Celebrate:
1.  Try eating one more fruit or vegetable a day
2.  Try a new healthy food each week (like quinoa, kale, sweet potatoes, etc.)
3.  Get out in the sun for some vitamin D
4.  Try mindful eating - see below for some fun tips
5.  Make up your own!

Coming to a Ronald McDonald House Near You

The ITPCU practitioners will be at the NYC Ronald McDonald House next Tuesday, March 20th, from 6-8 PM to give a hands-on lesson on Integrative Strategies for Cancer Patients.  It's definitely going to be fun, interactive, and very educational!
